- Reselling my art as your own is prohibited, save for instances in which it is sold with ownership of a character
- Do not doctor the watermark or omit credit when reposting the art. Credit is NEEDED
- You may use my art however, but credit is REQUIRED
- Refunds will not be given unless the base sketch has not been produced by the time of the refund request.
- Half of the payment must be given up front for me to begin work on the commission.
- To sell or reproduce the artwork commercially is prohibited, unless licensing fee is paid.

> If requesting explicit art, I will require evidence of age.
> I reserve the right to refuse commissions out of my comfort zone.
> Half must be paid upon submission of first sketch; refundability depends on level of completion.
